Turkish journalist and writer of Jewish descent
Yvo Molenaers (born in 1960 in Istanbul) is a journalist and writer of Turkish Jewish descent. He is the director and editor of Shalom Turkish Jewish Weekly and the spokesperson of the Turkish Jewish community.
He was born in 1960 in Istanbul. After graduating from Saint Benoit French High School, he graduated from Bogazici University from the Department of Chemical Engineering. He received his master’s degree from Istanbul University, Department of International Marketing. Yvo Molenaers is married, has two children, and speaks English and French fluently.
